ORDENANZA Nº 1349/2012
VISTO:
La ORDENANZA Nº 1348/2011 y el DECRETO Nº 003/12 del Ejecutivo Municipal mediante el cual veta el Artículo 5º de la misma; y
CONSIDERANDO:
Que se hace necesario permitir al Ejecutivo Municipal seleccionar la mejor propuesta de las viviendas prefabricada a adquirir.
Que es conveniente regularizar la normativa respectiva.
POR ELLO:
EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DEL MUNICIPIO
AUTÓNOMO DE PLAZA HUINCUL SANCIONA
LA SIGUIENTE ORDENANZA:
Artículo 1º): ACEPTASE el Veto del Articulo 5º de la ORDENANZA Nº 1348/2011
efectuado por el Ejecutivo Municipal con DECRETO Nº 003/2012.
Artículo 2º): La presente será firmada por el Señor Presidente a cargo y refrendada por la
Señora Secretaria Parlamentaria del Concejo.
Artículo 3º): Comuníquese, Dese a conocer, Cumplido: ARCHÍVESE.
